PMB controlled delivery

I know most of us in the bodybuilding world are alllll tooo familiar with PMB's, but for those of you that aren't, they're the Personal Mail Boxes owned by the private companies, in my case, the UPS Store. (not USPS, and similar to Mail Boxes Etc)

I had a package that was delayed by customs, but then released. I suspect the worst of course. One package, 750 grams of hormone powder, shipped by *\

The package was delivered today and a person at the store signed for it for me, as is company policy. Have any of you heard of controlled deliveries at the PMB's? I know everyone at the store, so I will know if it's an undercover trying to give it to me. what can I do to make sure I stay out of trouble? (besides clean my house and such)

I've had packages sit in customs for up to 10 days with no problems at all. One time they kept the package for a month and in that case they were analyzing the powders to see what they were. On the other hand 750g is a sizable amount. I'd let it sit there for a couple days or a week before I tried to pick it up.

Id say that is a smart thing to do, let it sit for a couple of days and then pick it up. I suspect that the package is too big to fit in your box, and that youll have to pick it up at the desk during hours? I like ordering smaller amounts so that the pack will fit in the box and I can pick it up in the middle of the night using my key to get in.

I can tell you from personal experience that sometimes cops aren't all too bright when it comes to making controlled deliveries. Someone I know had a pack shipped domestic to them and it was mailed without enough postage and had a fake a return addy. The postal inspector opened the pack and didnt know exactly what the pills were. (they were IP and tesated out real). they were sent out back out 20 days later after they were tested in the lab (they were shipped priority mail) and the cops had the place call him to pick them up. Obviously the time frame was too long for delivery so he wasnt going to ever pick up the pack. Then the call to him was the icing on the cake. So he went down to talk to them and the cops were there and he denied everything. Of course they tried like hell to mke him talk and told him this and that but He knew his rights and he wasnt a dipshit so nothing happened. I beleive most times the cops are going to try and coerce you rather than make a delivery.

In my experience there is nothing out of the ordinary here or to be worried about. You never want to let your guard down, but imho opinion you should go get it. I didn't catch? exactly how long was it held up?

I can't believe the guys that would advocate that you send that pack to your home!!!!

This is exactly why you don't. The box insulates you. It presents an obstacle to LE that they have to deal with if they are going to pop you.

You can let that pack sit and cool 1 week, 1 month, or you don't ever have to go back in that shop again.

If you get a call from the shop in the next week or so, you are out of town indefinately. If they showed up at your house and tried to get you to take possesion, you would refuse to do so. So tell me how do they get you with a seized pack at a rental place?? They don't unless you are careless.

Now look at all the options you have becuase you have a rental mailbox. you gonna let that pack sit in your home mailbox for a month, or forever? Maybe they just knock on the front door and hand deliver it. Thats how stupid kids get popped and you obviously aren't one of those. But do relax, theres nothing to worry about even if it were a problem pack if you don't go in. It most likely isn't.

Treat ever pickup of gear as if it is a problem pack and you may find you never have a legal issue and you can still be recieving gear when you are 50.

Well, problem solved.

I gave one of my friends twenty bucks to pick it up for me. I called ahead of time and told the lady at the UPS store that I was ill and my good friend would pick it up for me. She said that was fine (i think that's illegal??) and there was nothing wrong with the package. no radio signallers, nothing. just 750 grams of raw hormone. Truly beautiful.

|---[\\\]>----------- Im glad you got your pack bro, but no offense, i think that was the stupidest thing you could have done. it was really really stupid on your friends part. what IF, it was a set up, then your friend would have taken the fall for you for $20? come on bro, this was your deal, you dont ever want to get friends, family, or loved ones involved in your illegal activities. What you should have done was what everyone suggested, let it sit for days and you yourself go down and pick it up. Did you tell your friend what the circumstances were? and he still opted to go for a measly $20?

I agree and having your friend pick it up is even more suspicious. Say your friend picks it up, the popo arrest him tell him he is going to jail for five years unless he rats on you. Then he rolls and the cops have even more evidence. Only 20$? keep it and go get it yourself next time.

I have to agree, doesn't seem like a very "friendly" thing for you to do to him. Now if you really don't like the guy or he's banging your ex, then by all means send him to pick up your gear. Be sure and tell the cops you want to press charges for identity theft when you find out he's using your name at the mailbox place!!!
