Best Meal Prep/Meal Delivery Deals

Aloha PM Family,

This month of March, is going to be intense for me and I’m considering a meal delivery company to maximize my focus for business development and new projects.

Ive tried trifecta and nutrition solutions before…. Im not sure if they are the most cost effective

Any recommendations/suggestions?

Ill be in the Las Vegas area most of the time.

There was just a big thread on this about two weeks ago. I believe a lot guys like the megafit meals.

To be fair the op is asking about cost effective deals. From what I read in that thread I wouldn’t consider that company cost effective at all.

Hummus fit is the most affordable one that I’ve found. Can order meals or bulk meats/carbs/veggies

MegaFit as there is always a coupon code floating around for 15-25% somewhere to use with them.

Even at full price they are still cheaper IMO than traveling and having to locally plan your own meal prep IMO. Sometimes convenience is worth every penny- time is money!

They aren’t exactly cheap but I’ve used Nutrition Solutions and they’re really good, geared more towards bodybuilding macros.

Are new ones for me…. I’m considering doing 1 month w/ HF and 1 month w, MP

I’ve used nutrition Solutions (NS) in the past before…seemed solid; I might return to NS after my trial run with HF & MP

Dude I cook a lot of chicken/meat at once all weighed out and put it in vacuum sealed baqs. Then I put them in boiling hot water for like an hour and half/hour for beef. I cook rice and put cup in each bag and seal it up. While I am doing that I am also cooking lean hamburger and then when its done I let it cool then seal it up. So I pretty much have all my meals bagged up. I just take them out of the freezer in the morning and let them thaw on the counter. I also have a big bag of frozen broccoli that I put some in a bowl and nuke it. It takes maybe 5 minutes.tops in the micro to get everything ready. A little more work but its all cooked up for the week. I have a buddy that does the megafit meals and loves then. He.just turned.50 and is bigger and leaner then he has ever been.
