My GF is doing the atkins diet and all you have to do is log ur net carbs...and my friend is doing weight-watchers where u just calc. the points. Well for my diet I have to take each thing and calculate carbs, fat, protein, kcals, etc. so why doesn't someone make up a diet like weight-watchers or something where each food is a certain number of points and the foods are "bodybuilding foods"??? I know that logging all of that stuff in my food record for the day sucks!!!
