Poor vitamin absorption

Well I just took a look and the only things I take in tablet form are Vitamin C and Zinc. I suppose I should stay away from the tablet form from now on to be safe

havent taken zinc and mag for some time.

I do have liquid meg supp i take every now and then.

Doctor best does vit c in powder form dog if you want to switch over.

so guys multivitamins in powder would be better choice than tablets ? ex. animal pak does make powder too

I use the lifesource multivitamin. I previously used it in capsule, but it took 4 per serving and made me burp up vitamin flavor all night, so I switched to their tablet (3). Guess I'll do the vinegar test on one and see if it's dissolving...based off the stench of my piss, I think it will, but I suppose I'm being a bit optimistic.

Vinegar test is a good way but if your peeing yellow (b2) then your vitamin is breaking down.

I have done the vinegar test with my pill, around 9 hours.

It did not dissolve completely but it was quite broken. I guess I'll have to chew it from now on.
