possible fix for tendonitis

Guys trust me on this try cissus. I suffer from tendinitis chronically and it's the only thing that helps. Tried fish oils glucosamine etc nothing helps like cissus
 
Started using an elbow wrap on my left side. For pressing it helps but when using the bicep for like curls or chinups it seems to put to much pressure. Anyone find this too?

What kind do you use?
 
I'll use my harm arm and keep a wire like i am doing a push down but use my other arm to force it down then let go and gradually go returning to the relaxing place with the harmed arm. 12-15 repetitions with a respectable quantity of body weight but not too much, your shoulder will be very painful the first few periods but its the only factor Ive discovered to perform. Parcels works momentarily but not lengthy lasting, you need good system circulation to the place.
 
I always like wearing a elbow sleve to keep it warm and then usinf some kind of muscle rub with it too. Another thing you can do is take a mini band and do 100 rep pushdowns 2-4 times a week to keep a lot of blood in the area that has always helped me recover faster too.
 
I had horrible elbow tendonitis due to bowling. Yes. My daughter and I love to bowl. lol
VOLTAREN Gel. Its a prescription. Without it I would have ended up with a cortizone shot.
This gel works incredibly well. Just FYI.
 
Interesting is voltaren something new ? Did you go to pcp or yo specialist to get it? Thanks
