Possible getting scammed- need help?

Hey guys, over a month ago I ordered some IGF from a bb site (this wasnt one of our sponsors) and my IGF has been a no-show. I have contacted the mods- they tell me theyll get back to me and I never hear from them again. Ive also contacted the owner and get no feed back- he just doesnt answer my e-mails.

They guarantee that if you are not happy with the service your money is refunded, with no questions asked. But this isnt what happened.So I ordered some from overseas, and I have already gotten it. I start a thread to ask whats going on..................it gets deleted.

I just wanted to know if any of you were ever in this situation and what would you do, or what should I do? I just want my money back. There is no way that I will ever do business with them again. Lesson Learned!!

Other than "those" mods, who did you check with to see that they were reputable?

Once before in the past when "in need" I have ordered from them. I told them, I had sort of the same problem but they had given me my refund and still sent the stuff anyway. So I decided to give them another chance. All I get are a bunch of excuses..................... We'll see what happens.

sometimes things come up, keep sending emails and wait a bit. things can get hectic in this game and very sticky sometimes. but all you can do is wait. you might have to chalk this one up as a loss. it happens from time to time. just make sure the source is reputable and has refs from people you trust.

When you said "Lesson learned" that says a lot. Some lessons cost more than others. No idea what source you used but one thing is for sure... other than to say "keep working with them, keep hammering away at them" there is not much anyone can do on this board for ya.

I hate to see people get scammed but it no doubt happens. SInce it isn't a board sponsor here, I don't think you have to keep us posted on progress. Even if they come clean, our member are unlikely to order from them anyway as we have very reputable sponsors and a killer mod team.

Even though I may be feeling a certain way MR HUGE I never said who the source was. I did not let anger take over and start bashing. Just concerned......... because you never know who are the good guys and the bad guys. No offense to you but Ive had mods come to me and say theyll look into it also...........so can you see why Im still skeptical. Im still not bashing and again thankyou very much for your help. Ill see what happens.

ok just got word back...

about 15 orders left yesterday and more today, he had to leave for a couple days to take care of some personal family issues. He is back now and things should be rolling smoothly again. (this reply was given to me yesterday)

Either way quite a few orders just went out so keep an eye out for you packages and if you dont receive in the next week let me know via pm Ill do what i can to help.

Patience is vertue if you dont have any i suggest you find a new hobby. Just like those waiting on a reply from me here, I am not gonna just post anything to make you feel at ease I have to wait to get the answers you want to hear as well. So please be patient is all i ask or don't expect to get my help in return.

Bro, with the stellar reputation this board has, coupled with the fact that The Mod's here are extremely helpful and thoroughly involved with all the members here, why would you seek business anywhere else? I can certainly empathize your loss, nobody deserves to be scammed. I sincerely hope you get 'something' in return but if not, Like you stated, a lesson well learned I would guess!

I'm also a mod on the board you speak of. You will get your order...In the many years I have been there I have never seen a single person scammed. Occasionaly things get backed up and you may wait a few weeks to a month or so but you are usually well compensated for the wait. It's one man running a big show, but he gets the job done albeit slow at times.
