Any tips on getting hair back without dealing with finasteride kinda scared to fuck with that shit I hear a lot of horror stories about it shutting u down permanently

+1 on the oral minoxidil. I've used the topical for years, switched to oral 3 months ago and the difference is noticible.

It does seem to slightly drop your blood pressure too. Not enough to use a first line treatment for hypertension, but it does knock off a few mmHg.

I read this getting back hair. I was about to give a to of advice on that.

I’ve had success thickening my hair with: Finastride 0.5mg/day, topical minox, ketoconazol(sp?) shampoo and micro needling. I never let it get too bad in the first place though.

Sometimes the police officer is the criminal. Had a sheriff sell me test enan from a veterinarian he had a hook up with. That was good. Before I was friends with him he tried so sell me fake equipoise. That wasn’t so good.

My last coach was cop and running for gov and ran more gear then anyone I knew literally opened his fridge one day when I was going over posing at his house had the whole lunch meet section filled with humalog and kits serostim that 700$ a kit gh

You either have good hair genetics or you don't, that's about it. Hair Transplants and medications like DHT Blockers, Minoxidil etc may slow the progress, but eventually it will fall out if you are prone to it, and AAS will hasten the process.

A mate of mine got transplants in Turkey (short flight from Germany) a few years back. He had really pronounced MPB, once it healed it looked great. Until the other hair started to fall out lol. The transplants will not fall out, but the rest of the crown goes.

Of course a full head of thick, dense hair looks way better than a bold dome that I'm sporting, Ladies for sure love the nice head of hair... but it is what it is, every man in my line got bald, so at least I got jacked and bald
