during training back on tuesday, I felt a slight "tinge" in my left arm. It became painful after the workout, once the pump was gone. It's along the outer head of the bicep. Was painful to the touch, running from the bottom to the top near my shoulder. I iced and took ibuprofen. The next day, I have some redness along that area, running the length of my bicep. Two days removed now, I can fully staighten my arm, flex my bi, push pull etc without any pain. Still slightly painful to the touch, and the redness seems to have spread. No bruising, just this redness. Also, warm to the touch, which seems to indicate some irritation or infection?
Anyone have any ideas?
