o.k. guys i am going to take advantage of the knowledge on this board. so please give me your experience. i am 26 yrs old and have been training for 8 yrs (never did cardio ever........until i started prepping for the show at 20 wks) naturally around 20%, although in the one pic i posted i was close to 24% i bet...
if i compete between 185 and 195, i would love to hit 225 to 235, but keeping the BF at a respectable 10-13%... how would you recommend doing this and is it possible??? has anyone here done it??? i know i could balloon up to 270 probably post show but would rather not, would like to stay somewhat lean. i am open to suggestions........diet, drugs(i would like to really limit these though and be natural for the next time i gear) cardio etc etc...
this is why i am doing a show.....to get BF down to healthy and hopfully spark leg growth after the show..... FYI
