o.k. guys i am going to take advantage of the knowledge on this board. so please give me your experience. i am 26 yrs old and have been training for 8 yrs (never did cardio ever........until i started prepping for the show at 20 wks) naturally around 20%, although in the one pic i posted i was close to 24% i bet...

if i compete between 185 and 195, i would love to hit 225 to 235, but keeping the BF at a respectable 10-13%... how would you recommend doing this and is it possible??? has anyone here done it??? i know i could balloon up to 270 probably post show but would rather not, would like to stay somewhat lean. i am open to suggestions........diet, drugs(i would like to really limit these though and be natural for the next time i gear) cardio etc etc...

this is why i am doing a show.....to get BF down to healthy and hopfully spark leg growth after the show..... FYI

I''d still eat clean (low carb) but increase your protein intake and play with your good fats. That's what I did post contest and gained 24# in 8 days (no/very little BF). Didn't really binge any after the show either - other than a lady at work made me a BIG fruit pizza :D

well dont' do what i did after my first show.

went nuts and blew up 28 lbs in 24 hours.


crazy. i could litterally see myself growing
