Post cycle recovery

I found the post on Clomid vs Nolva very very interesting.

I have always used clomid post cycle with HCG. What is the best thing or things to use post cycle?

The reason I am asking more and more people are saying clomid is not needed.

What should be used just HCG? Anything over the counter help?

I saw clen and Eph help are their others?

Im coming off in 2.5 weeks and would like suggestions. I was on tren 75 eod and test prop 100mg eod for 8 weeks and from week 6-10 I added winny at 50ed so for 2 weeks I will be on winny only 50 mg ed. I plan on starting HCg this week and next week followed by clomid/clen. I break out real bad on clomid and I wonder if its due to the initial day of 300 mg of the stuff bc I know the acne is from hormone changes. Does anyone have experience of doing clomid at say 100 mg for x number of days followed by 50 mg? I also have some l-dex left that I was going to use at .5 ml eod as I have heard that it may help with acne bc the hormone shift wont be as drastic. Any other sugestions.
