I'm currently using the following as a post-workout drink:
24oz Gatorade (48g Carb)
1 cup frozen berries(17g Carb)
2 scoops whey protein blend (44g pro)
2 scoops Creatine/Glutamine/Taurine blend(5g/3g/2g) (9g carbs)
5g Glutamine powder
I drink this immediately after workout, then eat a solid meal about 90minutes later. I'm 200lbs @20%bf. Is this adequate?
