This happens especially after shoulder workouts... I feel some kind of fatigue/heaviness in the back of my neck (between the traps id say) and the pain is so bad im forced to sit down at a table and rest my arms/delts/traps for a good 5-10 mins. Lateral delt raises seem to be the worst exercise, but I feel this to a lesser extent even after back workouts.
I hate to bore people with my personal problems but I dont want to see a doctor about this just yet and im sure someone here will have something intelligent to say. thanks
