Power Cleans - back or leg day?

I do them on back day. Mostly because my form isn't very good and I use more upper body than I should
 
so many variations on those things. if done properly with full ext though (esp from the hang), u should really feel it in the hamstrings n calves.
i like doing them light to activate fast twitch muscles before doing more bodybuilding appropriate moves

i feel that power snatches hit the rhomboids n traps better. try intersetting power snatches with weighted pullups. good stuff
 
I like power cleans, but haven't really gotten to the point where they've become a fixture in my routine. I have been doing the clean and press and getting a lot out of it... it's basically the same thing as a power clean, except you military press the bar at the top. I do it on shoulders day...
 
I do them on power clean day if I do them at all. Done properly and for heavy triples, you need everything you have.
