I hate to plug another board but the powerlifting board at www.gotfina.com has many top level powerlifters, myself included. LOL. It's a great source of info for those interested in powerlifting and it's a flame-free board.

nice to hear from you PB. after big "A's" old board went kaput. I missed the powelifting forum. looking forward to learing some stuff from you guys. am entering my first contest in march of 03. course being an old f**ck im in the masters but hey might as well try. am hoping for a 1500 total or there abouts....know its not much but it is a tested meet so maybe i wont embarass myself.

Hey PB - I'll second your plug for got fina, a great board esp for info regarding fina.

Don't be making any excuses such as age pumpit! I'm sure I'm just as old as you and I'm MUCH stronger NOW than when I was 25! So - I KNOW you can do it
