What’s everybody’s plan for this, as of right now I do empty stomach early morning cardio either stairs of tread run walk for 45 then at night I’m doing 20 mins, all low intensity
I'm planning on starting at 20 min fasted then staying fasted for another 2hr after , also adding in 2 more 10min sessions of HIIT on the step mill (I do 3 , 10min sessions year round)
HOPEFULLY I won't have to get much last that because I'm trying to grow into this show and have a way to go.

When im deep in prep i'll do 40-45min morning fasted....thats it.. only do doubles if im behind which from what ive seen, you aren't behind.. arent you like 9 out??

I start with 30 minutes on an empty stomach, increase 5 minutes every 2 weeks to complete 50 minutes. Then, I will add an extra cardio session on non-lifting days. I don't like to do post-workout cardio.
