pre workout supplements

I haven't bought a pre workout in a long time ,am wondering what are some on the best pre workout supps that you guys like ,I was looking at one called cellular c4 if im not mistaken the name

Mesomorph is strong... not recommended if your not used to pre-workout like c4.

You don't need any damn pre work out crap. Just get some good BCAA and sip on that throughout the day. Keeps this middle age body energized the throughout the day without the jittery, prickly skin and dehydration you get from some of those sups. And if that ain't good enough, "drink coffee" or mix a couple tablespoons of instant coffee in a protein shake and pound that before hand.

What I use

I use 5g glycerol monostearate, 20g BCAA, and 25g of vitargo. All pre/intra workout. Gives plenty of muscle energy and hella good pumps from the glycerol.
