any help from moderators, judges, pros, and advanced bodybuilders will greatly be appreciated.
IM 2 WEEKS OUT FROM 4TH SHOW. WANT TO CHANGE IT UP AND GO INTO SHOW HEAVIER THEN BEFORE.
I USUALLY HIT THE SHOW AT 235 OR RIGHT AROUND THAT.
I AM 250 RIGHT NOW BUT IN MY OPIONION I START LOSING TOO MUCH.

NEED HELP WITH THE 10 DAYS OUT.
THE CARB LOAD I AM GETTING SEVERAL OPIONIONS WITH MY WEIGHT.
I RESPOND WELL TO CARBS
HERE IS THE LAYOUT I HAVE BEEN DOING THE PAST 3 SHOWS FROM CARB LOAD TO SHOW
WEDNESDAY 500 GR CARBS
THURS 350 GR CARBS
FRIDAY 300 GR CARBS, PULL WATER AT 3PM
SATURDAY MORNING: PANCAKE WITH SYRUP, EGGS 5:30 AM
8:00 AM MUFFINS WITH HONEY
PUMP UP: HONEY
AFTER PREJUDGEING: WHITE POTATO
3PM POTATO, JAR BABY FRUIT
4:445 POTATO

PLEASE HELP OUT

STATS: 4TH SHOW, 6'3 235-238 ON STAGE, 4TH SHOW, 2 YEARS BODYBUILDING
WANT TO BE ON STAGE AT 240-245

SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS:
WED: 1,ooo gr carbs only, no protein???
thurs: 500 gr carbs only
friday: 250 gr carbs only
sat: dont matter just snack on carbs?

any info greatly appreciated

I dont know why you are so worried about your weight since either way you are gonna be a super heavy...I think some pics would help to know what type of condition your in right now...I dont know about others but I wouldnt know what to suggest without seeing what type of shape your in right now...Personally I say dont worry about the weight and focus on about how you look...
 
hutch is right on track with what he told you...

first, i can tell you one thing you are doing wrong, your listening to all the guys in the gym who are telling you the "best " way to carb up and dry out for your show.....

i will tell you the secret of looking your best as a super heavy, take all your scales in your house and throw them out... like hutch said no one knows what you weigh and they dont care either...

you are too late to change anything right now unless you want to go into something new blind(no trial runs)... do what you have done befor... if it aint broke dont fix it!

the outline you suggested lookes good, if you respond well to carbs like you said then you really dont have to worry too much...

are you using a diuretic? if so which one?

o.k. heres my advice on the info you have given us...

eat the saem foods you have dieted on, dont take out your protein completly just lower a bit (like 30%) carb up on the same carbs you diets on(did i say that already?) if your in shape you will look good on stage.... calm down and dont stress.... make sure you are sleeping good..... i always like to eat a high calorie meal a few hrs befor i go on stage (like a few hamburgers) but you have to be dry enuf for this to benifit you...

also like hutch said, post some pics and you will get a lot better advice.....

Well, your going to get alot of opinions but this is what i see. This is your 4th show and your in excellent conditioning now. Plus your body is pretty depleted so for this last show i would think you'd be able to get away with eating more food....especially for your size.

Its also hard to give you a detailed account of what you should do as your body is going to respond hourly. I would still stay on the conservative side of things but that is my nature.

Keep the protein in but reduced (like km said) and use the same carbs as you have been eating. Some people ramp up the carbs the last few days and others reduce like you've posted. If what you have been doing is working for you just increase the amounts by 100-200 grams from what you've been doing.
 
Everytime I have worried about how heavy I was going to be on stage....

I don't look as good as I should. Maybe that's just me. I'd do what others have suggested ....the mirror is your best bet. I have done stupid shit at the end of a diet that ruined my appearance. You do that very often after all your hard work training and dieting.....and you won't feel much like competing anymore. Again, maybe that's just me.
 
the diretic i use is a little aldactone, lasix friday afternoon and friday night, also run cytadren the last 10days
 
I know it's been said but the scale is useless. Why do you want to come in heavier? Were you flat at your past shows? I'm assuming you want to be fuller and could care less what the scale says. If so list how you are using the retics because those two in conjunction could easily be overused and cause you to be flat.

Pics of how you look now. It doesn't matter how you looked at the last show. What do you mean you respond well to carbs? Does that mean you can fill out quickly or you can handle a lot of carbs before spilling?

I FEEL LIKE I COULD HAVE BEEN MORE VASCULAR WITH MORE CARBS AND FILLED OUT MORE. WHEN I HAVE THOSE SIMPLE SUGAR CARBS WITHIN 10 MINS, VEINS START COMING OUT MORE. BEFORE NIGHT SHOW I HAD CANDY BARS BECAUSE I FELT FLAT, WITHIN 20 MINS THEY VEINS WERE COMING OUT LIKE CRAZY.

CAN HANDLE ALOT OF CARBS BEFORE SPILLING AND FILL OUT QUICK.

i have said it before and i say it again . you can't just go by a protocol that has worked for you before or which worked with others . you have to look at yourself first . then , if you know EXACTLY what you are doing , you will be able to tell if you need diuretics . most of the time there are no diuretics needed , at all . all you need is to know how to shift water with food and electrolytes . if you experienced enough , you will be able to tell if you need carbs or fats or sodium or most of the time >>>>water is all you need to get dry .

bro, this is ass backwards....

aldactonoe is a slow drip diuretic, meaning it is supposed to be used for a few days precontest, like 3-5 days..... taking one the morn of is not a good idea, you will have no way to know how much water will be pulled out...

what is a k tab?

you dont need to be using 3 different diuretics, 2-3 dyazide is more then enuf...

epo takes about 2-4 weeks to raise your crit levels, and 5,000 iu wont put a dent in anything... it would take 40-60,000iu over the course of 2-4 weeks to raise your crit a few %.... also just so you know taking epo while your taking a diuretic will KILL YOU!, i am not kidding it will kill you..... being in a moderate state of dehydration while on epo is extremly dangerous.... have you ever heard of the cyclist dieing? its cause they were using epo and became dehydrated! not good!

i am saying this to help you and keep you alive! whoever you are getting your info from is a fucking moron and has no regard for your life.....

read some of my posts here regarding epo and the dangers of doing it...
read about aldactone and how it pulls water slowly
read about lasix and how it pulls water quickly and deplets sodium AND potassium...

bro you are really misinformed, i hate to be such a dick about it, but you seem as if you have never really read anyhting about what you are taking....
