when you are prepping for a show whether it be a national event or local show what is a good rule of thumb for cardio- I have heard from 30 min/ day to 2+ hours/ day- now I know there are extremes like metabolism and losing weight to make a class as well as how much food you eat, but on the average to get in top condition with around six to eight weeks out( and already lean) what is the normality for you guys and also at what intensity- I would like to hear some opinions from the experts...
