Ok, I got all my diet in check and currently 15 weeks out from NOV.28th.. a little high on bf% but thats my own fault...
Here is my question.. for my supplements I have LBA, OMEGA 3,6'S, Animal Pak VITAMEN, HYPEDRINE, YOHIMBINE, NOSHOTGUN, AND I'M WONDERING WHAT ELSE TO COMPLETE MY SUPPLEMENTS... I don't have any whey.. just eating and getting all my macros from my diet... So should I get whey and what kind?from experince? Also who have experience from Anabolic Halo for post workout, thinking about getting some and ZMA... please everyone chime in.. I would appreciate it and I am on moderate carbs, Low fat, High Protein intake..
