Ok, I got all my diet in check and currently 15 weeks out from NOV.28th.. a little high on bf% but thats my own fault...
Here is my question.. for my supplements I have LBA, OMEGA 3,6'S, Animal Pak VITAMEN, HYPEDRINE, YOHIMBINE, NOSHOTGUN, AND I'M WONDERING WHAT ELSE TO COMPLETE MY SUPPLEMENTS... I don't have any whey.. just eating and getting all my macros from my diet... So should I get whey and what kind?from experince? Also who have experience from Anabolic Halo for post workout, thinking about getting some and ZMA... please everyone chime in.. I would appreciate it and I am on moderate carbs, Low fat, High Protein intake..

The interest of using whey is for PWO shake basically. I think you have a good arsenal of supps!

ZMA is always a good supplement, as it have zinc that my be in fault in our diet! Good luck

They should tell you these things. You really don't want too many different opinions on that, it will just confuse you. Evidentually you trusted them for your prep, trust them on this advice, just my .02.

Your correct... I have no question on that person skill and integrity.. I am not asking about food etc.. just things to aid... but your right everything is in check! Thanks on the feed back!

A good prep guy will have talked about these things before you got started. I'm not bashing anyone, I'm just letting you know what I believe presonaly. He or she should have asked you what you were using everyday and then added to it or taken some things out. Good luck with your prep and I'll see you on stage on the 28th.
