Prime Nutrition's Evan Centopani Discusses Adversity

This was from December but I had not seen it here. I know a lot of you guys are supporting Prime (Intra-MD) and are also fans of JM and Evan.

Best take away, IMO, was this: In life, if something is uncomfortable for you, its probably a good idea to keep forcing yourself to do that thing until its not uncomfortable. Whether this is in terms of training (those hard deads or squats you want to half-ass) or in life/career settings where you tend to settle and stay in your "comfort zone."

Evan is a great rep for the sport.

Thanks for posting this. Evan seems like a good guy and is certainly a good representative of the sport. You can tell he really loves his Dad.

Didn't know his father had gone through all that with cancer- amazing he's still here- guy must be tough as nails.
