HIT, high volume, time under tension, (insert any other training style)... its all the same. stimulate the muscle and it will grow. i know others will disagree, but this is my personal opinion from my years of training
Watched the video...not too sure what is so intense about it seemed a bit relaxed to me. I'll take Branch Warren intensity anyday over that type of so called "intensity".

I agree. Some people get better/optimal results with certain training styles but like you said the majority of it is intensity and stimulation.
Gotta have fun training too switching up training styles will keep it fresh and new. I don't care what anybody says the same ol training style after a while can get boring.
