I remember when a certain pro (wont say the name out of respect) was on a podcast and stated that he ate farm raised fish to support the farmers. I am not making this up.
That’s funny I just got it too and started it yesterday. It’s perfect for me as I needed some structure in my diet and it makes it pretty simple with the meals already planned out for you each day. I also like that it will adjust macros as your weight changes, well worth the price imo
I find it very interesting. However it IS a bitch to stick to properly. IE: I need 4g of added "fats". I did 4 weeks of his cutting template last summer and it was hellish trying to get the 6 meals and macros dialed in by meal. This time I am going to follow the daily marcos, not ideal, but at least I can have more than 6 fucking almonds!
Nope the guy had really big calves, I'll leave it at that. People see the title of IFBB PRO and automatically assume some higher level of knowledge. This could not be any further from the truth in a lot of cases unfortunately.
