Ok Guys and Gals.
I was thinking about all of the different resistance training programs out there, and how much success they have and dont have. From my own trial and error i find things taht work for me and i find some that dont. Im looking for your possible feedback and how you liked a program or didnt like.
I am currently doing and integrated volumne training program, 1-2x a day 3x on 1x off, no cardio. I seemed to have put on a few pounds in about 20 days time, and looking to switch it up, im confused about the whole DC system, and german volumne trianing is very interesting, however i like to lift weighs more than 3 x a week.
Im in the off season, trying to gain another 20+ llbs of well obviously lean mass but that doesnt always hapen.
