One of the times I looked my best I was only using very low doses. It was simply because my diet was better than other times. I find you don't need huge amounts of drugs to look good when dieting. Diet is the most important factor but sure even adding in 100mg tren per week would make a big difference to you. Obviously a big aas cycle would be better but you could still do great on TRT. Am I fuck doing TRT for this though

I am thinking...

250mg test c
600mg tren e (if I am ok at that dose)
50-100mg avar per day for the final month or so.
Starting at 5ml synthetine and 5ml syntheselen per day
Syntherol in my chest etc.
12.5mg MK-677 per day
2.5-5mg cjc-dac per week for 8 weeks

Facial hair doesn't matter as it's a body transformation.

I just need to show up at the gym and have grocery money.

I just tore my rotator cuff again on Feb 4th. Been out of the gym since then. 7 weeks off and my pain levels from 9/10 to 8/9 so I know it's royally screwed.

I should respond to literally anything. I've also been off my HRT since then due to bills.

If I can manage to eat 3k calories a day and show up to the gym, I'll be fine.

They way my shoulder feels now, I'd rather just cut it off with a chainsaw than live with it. lol

I tooled around in the gym last week. The arm won't fall off, but it hurts like hell. I had a 90% tear for 9 years and was in the best shape of my life. I should be able to do it again. I'll just get used to it.

I remember back at the beginning of this there was discussion of an official thread; will there be one created sometime between now and the first? or did we decide this is it? I just didn't want to miss anything.

And are we allowed to go ahead and set up a thread in the logging forum already? I know nothing counts til April 1, but I just wanted to get the foundation laid if that's cool. If so, any particular title you need it to have?

I last competed in the last century - so its been a while.

This will give me a goal and more importantly I definite deadline. I am tired of my kids looking at my old pics and not believing that could possibly be their dad

Everybody that enters - just remember that you are competing against YOURSELF first and foremost. You cannot control what other guys do. You CAN control yourself.

If at the end of the 12 weeks you can look in the mirror and can say that you know you did everything that you know how to do in order to get in the best shape possible - then you WIN. Period.

I will be creating a new thread on the 1st April and that will have all the info in. The 2 main things you have to do are create a log in the log section and post starting pics. You will have to post a link to your log plus starting pics with the day's newspaper in the transformation thread started on the 1st April. You can enter anytime after the 1st April so don't worry if you are a few days late. Juts make sure you have the day's newspaper in hand for when you post your starting pics. The competition ends on the 1st July so it makes sense to start as close to the 1st April as possible so you have more time to transform. I will go over everything in the new thread but the above pretty much covers the main starting rules.

I've also never competed because I've never been lean enough to step on stage. So this is kind of cool for me to treat it like a prep just to see how good I can bring myself in. Just something that will be cool to know I stepped up and did.
