running test E 10wks @ 500mg/week

how long should i use nolva for pct and for how long and how much after cycle
should i add in clomid also for is just nolva fine?

if you type pct into google you will find the standard protocol.i myself just run 100mg clomid and 20mg nolva for 4 weeks.p.s. you will need some hcg.

You dont necessarily need hcg unless you notice atrophy in your testies.

I would not think 10 weeks of test would call for hcg.

My first cycle was 8 weeks of 500mg of test and i recovered just fine with only clomid. AND my nuts tend to shrink pretty easily, didnt need hcg.

Start your clomid and/or nolva 2 weeks after your last shot of test.
