3 weeks out from my next show and realized I was running extrememly low on MD's GDA. Placed an order with TN and figured I would have it in a week. 5 days shipping from West coast to East coat. I didn't get a shipping confirmation for a few days so I emailed Carl (Cust Serv Mgr) He explained they were out of stock but would have more in a few days... he then, without even hearing my situation told me he would upgrade my shipping to 2nd day to make up for the delay. They will be here Friday... which I had planned for originally. How cool is that! Way to run a company DC and thanks for the great customer service as always!
