Individual thing. 75 seems like a good level for many. Some take 100. One guy said he gets "too" horny over 50.

Factors:
- how much test, etc. r u taking
- what anti-Es r u taking
- what dry compounds (eg masteron) r u taking
- individual preference

You should experiment and figure out what works for you.

im just throwing in 25mg w my next cycle for gyno..

ive never been prone to it but my last cycle my left nipple got a small knot under it so i figured id throw some in on my next cycle.. hopefully will prevent that.

I am contemplating going up to 75mg ED but then I am limiting my length of use by several days

I think I would use 75+ here, or more arim. But I'm pretty estro sensitive and like dht.

I don't think one should use prov for gyno. Use an anti E that's what they are for. Just use 25mg/day to free up bound test and increase gains.

If its good stuff (which it should be) 25mgs/day is enough to drive my libido through the roof and possibly cut down on some bloat. 50mgs/day is my limit so far anything over that and I don't think I could take it, like mentioned above it would make me too damn horny.

I do know some people that love it at 100mgs/day though. Great libido and keeps them dry.

I ran 25mg a day with a Test and Deca cycle and had a constant chubby everywhere I went. I couldnt imagine taking more.

Bahahah! Not going to judge you. When I was going on "dates all the time I was running 25mgs proviron ed and 10mgs cialis twice/week. That was more than enough for the task at hand.

Proviron seems to have a stronger effect on libodo. Much more so than masteron but mast does seem to improve it. Mast seems to have more benefits in the way of aggression and cutting though.

If you are planning on taking Proviron as an anti estrogen, I would not. From personal experience Proviron is weak at best as far as an anti estrogen. It will dry you out and boost libido, but I would throw in some Arimidex or something. I managed to get gyno sides with just Proviron and no anti estrogen with legit Schering.
