I know there a quite a few of us but I think a few things are getting out of hand. Information that we payed for as clients is to freely discussed on the open board. This is not fair to all of us who payed for this info nor Phil who in part makes a living by selling this info. Also what Phil tells you or advises you is strictly between you and Phil. If Phil tells you to eat a bowl of Fruit Loops but not to eat Coco Puffs don't post something of that nature on the board without making sure that it's okay with both parties, ie you and Phil. Just have some common sense guys and girls and protect ourselves and all involved. I am working on setting up a seperate entity for just the Hernon group so be patient.

Some of it is my age and experience the other is that I hold a lot less water on Fruit Loops then Coco Puffs though I am "CuCu" for Coco Puffs. On Life cereal I litterly grow into a show.

nutrition wise it would vary from person to person as it is very individualistic. It would be great to have a private forum section where we can discuss stuff on his techniques and feels and thoughts of his program without giving away too much as compared to discussions on the "open board"

Look at DC Training and how much it gets talked about. Yet he Has to turn people away.

Phils Been a member here from Day1. Of course the members are going to talk about him and his advice. I dont think they should have to leave here to go to a "special new forum" to talk about Phil Hernon Training.

Yea i agree with this post. It seems like what your paying for is individual help that phils takes the time to give to cover individual peoples needs, considering how different everybody is. I cant imagine phil has mammoth secrets that nobody else has ever heard of. Correct me if im wrong, but it seems like hes an educated and obvious big time player of the game, that gives advice on a more personal level to his clients then what they can go read on the internet right?

Also i have never seen anything here about phils diet or training, although i am pretty new here


p.s.- i just reread my post and it sounded bad. Trust me i am NOT trying to be a dick or start arguements or anything. Sorry if thats how it comes off when you read it. Just my thoughts is all

Since everyone is differnt I would hope people do not give out what I specifically do for them........even IF it was the same .....thats just respect. Alieop is just looking out for me and others........For hams I do not do anything special.........it is what I do in totality that counts......no secrets but in essence the whole program is what does it....not just a specific exercise. I would go into it but I get ridiculed each time and questioned so I will pass.........I hope you understand.
