pulled back syringe...WTF came out of my ass??

Was about to do a glute shot.
Got it ready, poked it in, drew back to make sure no blood went into the syringe.......some cream-colored gunk drew back into the syringe. I stopped pulling back, then drew back again....more of that stuff drew back into it.
I threw it away, reloaded a fresh one, and did the shot a few inches over from that spot without any problems.
WTF was that stuff???? Pus or what?? WTF??
Been doing Sust 3 years straight. I get lots of site inflamation and soreness every time I do a Sust shot... I guess the prop or whatever. I know I have tons of scar tissue built up in all my injection spots. Sometimes I'll do a shot and it seems like it just sits there for days before being absorbed and the lump going away. Don't know if any of this is related to the stuff that drew back into the syringe.

dude thats fucked up lol. im not real experienced with this stuff so i couldnt offer any ideas of what that could be, but it does seem kinda weird. maybe pus like you stated. hopefully some more informed and experienced members can shed some light here, but i wouldnt worry about it too much since the second injection spot went fine. might be somethin to do with scar tissue maybe??????

have you every watched a liposuction. it si just fatcells. one time, actually it was on my first cycle (testerona 200). it was like only my 3rd or 4th shot. a day or two later my ass was so swollen and did not know any better so i stuck a needle into the swollen part and drew back hoping, i guess, to pull so puse or something back but that is what came out. dont worry. but when you asperate for blood you only need to oull back a very little bit. blood will pull in to a 22 or 23 gauge needle very very easily. it take quite a bit more pressure to pull something like that through.

I had the same stuff coming out of my triceps a while ago.I think it has something to do with the scar tissue.My advice - change the injection spot or use a longer needle to make sure that it goes deep into the muscle.

yeah , so i forgot to mention that part. i didnt not inject deep enough so i us just drawing back out of the fatty layer right before the muscle. go deeper. i use 1.5in needle s after that.

your probably have a little abcess built up in there, I would attempt to drain it the best you can, and just to be safe get on anti-biotics for atleast 2 weeks. Also start alternating sites more often, and stay out of that glute, with sust you can go in shoulders, tris, thighs, even biceps.

I'm surprised that you can pull fat through a syringe. But of course I know nothing about this stuff. I'd be more inclined to think you have a little infection or abscess there.

i think its a mini abcess..because if you look closely a little blood is in there..and why would fat be mixed with your blood if it coats your muscles?just food for thought

It looks to me to be a sterile abcess. You have injected too much oil in that spot over time. The oil has not fully dispersed. I have had the same thing with a spot in my quad and it was not fat. Have you ever seen the devise that breaks up and sucks up fat during a lipo case the hole in the instrument is about 5mm in diameter. I highly doubt you can suck up fat thru a pin, even an 18 guage. Pick a new site.

I'm also very confident it's not fat, this is comming from some one who has a sterile abcess in the past, and thats what i think it is.

Dogma is right, I've pulled 20 ccs of that out of my thigh once. I aspirated and bam...that's what it was...puss. I took a 20 gauge needle on a 5cc syringe and kept pulling it out. Needless to say, I never shot in that area again.

Make sure you are also using Sterile Injection Prep pads. You are lucky if you get away with cotton balls and alcohol, but sooner or later you will get an abcess.
