I have been having issues with my left forearm, which I assume is the Extensor carpi radialis longus muscle. It really doesn’t bother me when doing deads, but it does when doing reverse curls, regular curls, pull-ups and power cleans. I feel it when lowering the weight back to the starting position.
Is there anything I can do to stretch it out or exercise to repair it or should I just take it easy and let it recover on it’s own. I have noticed it for about a month and been skipping biceps because of it.
I used a wrist band that I pulled over my foreman, which was very tight and seemed to help alittle with the pain, but is this helping or just hurting my recovery?
Thanks for you help
