DVD rips are illegal. You are stealing from the filmmaker. Downloading it instead of buying it would be like meeting Chris Bell, shaking his hand and saying,

"Dude! You made an awesome movie! It really speaks to me! And here's what I'll give you for taking years out of your life to expose yourself and your family for my entertainment..."

...and then kicking him right in the nuts.

Think of it in terms of exposure... Lots of us don't have access to see the movie, so the director/producer whatever isn't going to be known to this audience. Now say we download the movie, love it and now look for this guy and every movie he makes.

If he has enough money(profit from this one) to make another. Anyone who watches a downloaded version that doesn't AT LEAST buy the DVD is stealing right out of Chris' pocket.

We all test laws everyday. Some you do I might not, some I do you might not.

Why PM me bro? I have nothing to say to you in private that I won't say out here. The post is going nowhere for YOU because you are realizing that your actions are indefensible. In your PM to me you made it clear that you don't expect to work for nothing and yet you expect filmmakers to work for nothing and you "sleep just fine at night". Well, you shouldn't.

Here's my response to you...

The market is in a period of adjustment: fewer movies will be made and released."

Pirating of movies has changed the way movies are made. It is much more difficult now. This extend to all levels of filmmaking, especially documentary.

And in the last few days we hear that Mits has shut his doors. The videographer that enabled you to see the private lives of your heros Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler is out of business. My guess is that it was no longer worth his time and energy to travel across the country and spend months of his life making BB movies for you for free.

The bottom line is that what you do will affect what you will be able to see.
