What kind of **broken link removed** should i buy for my new boxer son? and Where to buy in best deals? I checked from few stores like Nike, Salesboxing or RDX Sports please share best one

I ordered an everlast brand one through walmart. Free shipping to my door. 100lb bag, around $100 iirc. Have it hanging the garage. Has held up nicely considering how many hours I have beaten the living shit out of it. Good product IMO and nice to have in the garage for when I want to get in some kickboxing cardio or just feel like letting out some aggression.

Hell, just noticed you are probably not looking for a heavy bag like mine. I assume you say punching bag and mean a smaller ball shaped one? I'm willing to bet you could order one of those thrugh walmart also.

I have one of the old-school everlast bags that are hard as hell....a few months back I used it for cardio and didn't wrap my hands....bad move....my right hand has been broken probably 20 times in my life and one of my knuckels is missing....after punching the bag for awhile my hand started to hurt and I noticed one of my knuckels was pushed even further up into my hand....causes a bit of pain every now and then

so if you get those types of bags make sure to wrap up before hitting it too hard

Always always always wrap your hands. Seems like it isnt needed punching a bag but it definitely is.

They Have New waterbags...Great for lower impact.
Shit always F'k up my eldow joints.
A double end Bag is best..No impact and the best training for Hand-Eye coordination!!!!!
You get good at that and you can take out a Dozen Mexicans...lol
