On Anabolic Freaks here is what one guy said regarding GH use:
For sheer bulking, what I would do is 10.5iu's for 4 days straight, then take off a month or so, then another 10.5iu's for 4 days straight... you do this as long as you can afford it. You won't notice much of a fat burning effect using it this way, but you will grow like no other... its analogous to the way your body produces GH during puberty.
For growth while leaning out, I'll use 4-5iu's on a 5 day on, 2 day off split.
For cutting, I'll use 4iu's EOD throughout the cycle and right up to contest day!
