a powerlifter in my gym offered to show me the box squat for overall mass development and strength. i was on my way out and said id take him up on it next time. do you as bodybuilders think the box squat is good for me to implement in my routine. ive often thought of going heavier and trying for pure mass only for a while and then diet it down and see what happens.
