The short story: 49, training many years, ripped left quad leg pressing 2 weeks ago. Definate rip. Mid quad. No black and blue. Able to do modest resistance 30-40 mins on elliptical. Some discomfort. Also a bit tight snd some pain after back training. Any guesstimates whe I should/could start trying to build it back up?
