Notes from my EMG:
This is an abnormal study. There is electrodiagnostic evidence of a chronic active reinnervation changes in the right L4 myotome. This is suggestive of a left L4 radiculopathy.
No evidence of peripheral neuropathy.
Correlation with imaging is recommended.
Nerve Conduction Study:
1. The left peroneal motor response is normal.
2. The left tibial motor response is normal.
3. The left sural sensory response is normal.
EMG:
There are chronic active reinnervation changes in the left L4 myotome.
There are chronic inactive reinnervation changes in the left S1 myotome.
