Does it matter if I get my workouts done in 20-30 mins, usally 1 bodypart per day 3-5 days per week, usally do 12-14 sets, some abs and then go home. I used to do similar volume and workloads but take alot more rest. Mainly concerned with burning calories, keeping my mass, and getting a bit leaner.

Hold on - I might be misunderstanding something, but If you do one bodypart a day and workout 3-5 days a week, how are you hitting everything? That means you might only hit one bodypart every two weeks.
