Question about IP tabs?

Is it best to chew them or just swallow them whole? Someone the other day said it was best to chew them up before swallowing.

I doubt that ip or any tab is so strong that it can't be dissolved by your stomach acid. If you're unsure, you can always chew. It certainly doesn't hurt. But man, some of his tabs are brutal to chew. Bite into his clomid & your mouth goes numb. Either way, when it comes to tabs, ip is THE man.

not really chewing em is fine- ive heard and tried it tho with their winny and masteron and it works pretty good -either way tho is fine

Isnt sublingual letting them dissolve under the tongue?

on his site all he says is" chew tabs for better absorption" no sublingual stuff, but ive tried it personally and it works pretty good- maybe its a mental thing- but i always chewed them no matter what
