I need to know if doing deep squats (below parallel) and lighter weight will help my legs grow more than heavy weight and just going parallel??
I have been training for 15 years and competed power lifting for 8 of those. My legs are strong but have always lagged compared to my upper body. I have always squated with a wide stance and bar low on the back. My legs just dont grow like my upper body does. I only train legs once a week but always heavy.
