question about ordering to the USA from synthetek industries' website

i want to place an order to be shipped to the US.

the site says that everything is shipped from australia, and that there is a delivery rate of %100

i know this should be very clear from the above statement... but is there still ANY chance that this would not make it past customs?

all the products sold are legal to be sold into the US correct?

I just had them Express ship me an order, and the USPS actually delivered it to my door on a Sunday.

i dont get it........synthetek has such a good rep and there products are top notch yet they are not available domestically in the states. why has a u.s. distributor not been set up, seems like it would be a great business opportunity. hell i would do it if the opportunity was available, shit it would all be mail order via the net so you could run the business out of your home, could snowball and alot money could be made

There used to be. Three in fact, one after another, but they all ended up scamming Synthetek eventually for tens of thousands of $.
That's why since 2003, all orders are processed through Australia.
