Just wondering, say i did a chest day and 3 days later it was still a little sore will it be alright to work out my chest again or should i wait until it's not sore at all? sometimes it takes a whole week for all the soreness to go away.
Give it a try and see how it works for you. If its too sore then you wont be able to train and if you over train the second time you'll know about it the next week and you'll know to reduce the intensity or only train it once a week.

I would wait untill the sorness is gone and then wait another day, you have to have the muscle recovered and then allow it time to grow! now the more you train using the same routine the less sore(less damage) you will get given the weight are close to being the same. I have learned that different people have different levels of recovery( think ronnie coleman training crazy intensity every bodypart 2x a week) we need to cater to them and listen to the body and not to muscle fitness. good luck bro!
