I'm going to start some T4. I'm currently on 50mg/day dbol, 600mg/wk EQ, and 350mg/wk prop, also starting clen at the same time as the T4(probably 50 mcg/day and ramp up to 100-150 max) I'm getting so many mixed answers about T4 when I research it. Some guys are saying do it at night all in one dose, others are telling me split it up, and then some are saying first thing in the morning before cardio. Most places are saying 2-400mcg/day. Then my friend tells me no more than 100mcg/day max or I'm going to be having problems? anyone with some real life experience care to share?
