Question about T4 dosage scheme and timing

I'm going to start some T4. I'm currently on 50mg/day dbol, 600mg/wk EQ, and 350mg/wk prop, also starting clen at the same time as the T4(probably 50 mcg/day and ramp up to 100-150 max) I'm getting so many mixed answers about T4 when I research it. Some guys are saying do it at night all in one dose, others are telling me split it up, and then some are saying first thing in the morning before cardio. Most places are saying 2-400mcg/day. Then my friend tells me no more than 100mcg/day max or I'm going to be having problems? anyone with some real life experience care to share?

I don't know about you, but I started t3 3 days ago and it's made me feel a little off. All I can say is if t3 is similar to t4 then be careful and don't overdo it on the clen. I took t3 and some xenadrine (not even close to ephedrine or clen) and I felt like shit. Potent stuff. T3 by itself at 25 mcg is potent as it is, for me... my temp goes up around a degree, pulse increases by 20 bpm, and I feel generally spacey/out of it. I'm ramping up my dose of t3, and we'll see how I do at 50mcg. That might be as high as I want to run this stuff. Supposedly it's better to take t3 split up throughout the day, too. Hope this helps
 
well your right about feeling shitty. Right after I took the 200mcg dose I felt light headed and loopy, probably my thyroid acting up from that, and I only took 50mcg of clen with it this morning, and man did I feel like I was racing the entire day. I've come to one realization though, fuck taking clen before my workouts, it'll always be after now, it shortens my breathing and fucks up my sets. Makes me a little weaker feeling too. I'm backing down on the T4 tomm and only doing 100mcg, I'll keep it at that for the first week and see what type of results I get. The weekends are my carb up time, so by the end of the week I'll have more of an idea as to how I'm coming around.

My pulse was back down to around normal, and I don't think I'm running a high temp. I'm going to try 50 mcg tomorrow with no added caffeine or anything else. It's funny, too... my current cycle is almost the same as yours (eq and test, but no dbol). Maybe we're both trying to shed some weight before the summer? That's what I'm doing, anyways. I'm moving to the beach here in a few months, and I need to get some beach tang if you know what I'm sayin' lol

Well, the start of the cycle was actually 700mg/wk prop, 50mg/day dbol for wks 1-3, now I'm continuing w/ the dbol at 50mg/day but cutting prop back to 300mg/wk and adding 600mg/wk EQ for an additional 10 wks or so. I may do a show, I may not, who knows. I'm not going to do one just to get up there, been there and done that. If I'm happy w/ my condition and think I'll have a good chance at doing well then I will, so far I'm looking on track. Actually toying with the idea of cutting out the dbol after this Fri, then re introducing it the final 2-3 wks prior to the show. Alot of guys I've spoken with are doing this with great results after the water drop. That f'in clen and T-4 prior to my workout fucks my breathing up too much, I'm going to have to space the dsing and workouts apart more thats for sure, or until I get used to it. yeah, sometimes I wish I were doing a show, but I'm not BB status, yet. That's cool that you're doing one, it is a tough sport. Maybe in a couple years I could consider it? If I could, I would do it. 300 mg prop/week w/ the eq will be good... I'm using test e at around 600mg/week w/ 500mg eq/week for 12 weeks. I don't know much about the dbol, though, since I've never run it. With this t3, I wouldn't feel comfortable adding anything else like eca/clen, and lemme tell you I can't wait for this cutting to be over with (another 3 weeks to go! cough cough). I feel like a mess on this stuff, but I'm giving it time and seeing if I adjust to the sides. A friend of mine keeps telling me that the "ultimate stack" would be to throw in some tren and winny for the last 5 weeks, but that seems like a lot of gear, to me. 4 compounds all at once? That's like 2 grams of shit per week. bahhhh. We'll see what we see, though. Oh, and the beach I'm moving to is in san diego, in or close to la jolla. If you've ever been there, it's a trip... there are so many beach babies it's not even funny. I might have to start playing beach volleyball -- or become a lifeguard -- so that I can have a reason to go down to the beach and talk to the babies away from the gf. Sometimes I feel like a sleaze, but what can you do?
 
T4

Take all in one dose, middle of night is perfect or first thing in the morning and 30min before breakfast. Food really messes with the way it is broken down and used by the body.
