So what does the body with it? Somehow the energy just vanishes? You need a study to prove physics?
Energy cannot vanish.
Have you ever tested feces for energy content based on how many meals you have? Perhaps caloric content of your feces is 4x on 2 meals a day vs 1.5x on 5-6 meals a day? Where is Biolayne when I need him..........
I know for a fact that having multiple meals is WAY easier on my digestion (less gas, better stools etc). No science shit from me on this, but this would suggest my body is more efficient in digestion and hence likely absorbs more of the foods I ingest.
