Physical therapist know jack fucking shit that is why. I had to send my fucking orthopedic studies on IGF1 and tenocytes he wasnt familiar. You think a PT knows fuck about shit? I went to a PT for 4 weeks for one reason only to scare myself into holding back as long as possible. I have their protocols. I did not have that kind of atrophy. I did a half hour of isometric flexing from day 1. I was on hgh and bpc and hormonal support the entire time. I am months ahead of where I am supposed to be. I am training it to damn near failure daily every night I am worried its fuckign done. Then everyday I find myself doing more. It is all I can do to be done for the day now despite a burn in the tendon.So you just had surgery? My question, why not rather than doing all this...go to a quality physical therapist who will design your rehab? I'm not talking a garbage one because the field is full of them...but one who works with athletes and is well respected? Your likely to heal up faster and not get hurt following a professionals advice than just doing what you think is best
