Ok i got a friend, who has to cut weight for NFL europe tryouts. Ok Im not really good at advising dosages, but i knew you guy would. This is what hes got: Dbol, T3 and clen. If yall dont mind please respond and let me know how for him to do his dosages. He is 6'3 308 and wants to cut down around 280. So if someone would help me out id be much obliged. thanks
 
The DBol will make you gain Water, but if you cut it a week B4 weigh-ins he should be fine. With Clen everbodys tolerances are different. 100-200mcg a day. Start at 50mcg and works it up until the shakes happen. Up it as needed for two weeks then take two weeks off. T3 is tricky and should not be fucked with without the proper education. Go find this information yourself wih the search function and learn more than I am willing to write.
 
he can forget about that dbol, he will gain so much weight from it, t3/clen is a great fat burning stack 300+lbs get his b/f % tested, he shoudl be able to run up to 75mcg if his b/f is over 20 tapper down the dose while fat is comming off, 120mcg/clen a day is about average what I recommend, although i take around 300-400mcg when i do it.. also dont forget 2 weeks on/off with clen.
and last diet and cardio. if you need more in depth info break the question up a little better.

I agree with what everyone said but I have a diffrient take. I would do the following, remember this must be a controlled diet.

30 mgs of DBOL per day for 2 weeks
T-3, start at 50mcg, ramp up to 125, then back down to 25
Clen, following what everyone else has stated.

He needs to add some arimidex and nolvadex perhaps to combat the dbol water. He must be restricting calories, and doing some sprints/cardio with his lifting. The dbol will help keep some more muscle on the frame while the t-3 eats him away.
