I know wide grip upright rows mostly hit the lateral delts and also stress the anterior delts. But what about the rear delts? Do wide grip upright rows stress the rear delts at all?
Just hit them from every angle using front raises, side raises, push press, cable work. Just dont forget to hit the rear delts. Chest, legs, and delts are what win shows IMO. If you dont have those then your wasting your time.
