Looking for some endocrine advice. I have chronic, daily migraines. I am trying to suppress my estrogen. Regular birth control keeps estrogen too high. Tried danazol with about 30% success, but I had to take 600mg daily. That is a big dose of a C-17 alkyl drug if I am going to have to take other drugs as well.
I am trying tamoxifen right now, but when I push the dose, I lose feeling and strength in my longest nerves for exp. I can't feel my fingers from my elbows down and my toes from my knees down. I have lost strengh in my fingers so much that it is hard to zip up my pants. (glove-stocking distribution).
Does anyone have any experience with the SERMs?
There is one called Evista (reloxifen) (sp?). Possibly with fewer side effects than tamoxifen.
I tried oxandralone several years ago and found some success. More recently tried nandrolone and stanazolol, but I was taking too many different substances to really tell what was helping, if anything.
Right now, taking 20mg tamoxifen daily, 20mg test cyp twice a week, arimidex 0.25mg daily.
I appreciate any ideas. I even tried massive surgery on my neck to remove the nerves-nothing.
