Question for Gym Owners

Hi Bros

i work in a automotive company and i also have a gym.My wife runs the gym.My question is that,

we follow memberships with excel sheet.It was good but now not enough for us.
We need a software to manage everything in the gym so you guys which software suggest me to buy?

I'm an IT security guy. And my girl pretty much runs the gym.

I had a similar situation. Good luck finding good software. The software that was actually useful was way too expensive. And I didn't have the money. So I ended up writing our software. It does pretty much everything we need from checking members in to interfacing with payment schedules and the EFT gateway for credit card and electronic checks to verify that payments went through. It also interfaces with a barcode scanner for checking members in and adding items into inventory. Plus it writes a number of useful reports.

Spreadsheets are great but you need something that will give you a dashboard and track a lot of other things to maintain and grow your business. Check this link - **broken link removed**

Lots of good ones posted but they are not cheap - if your gym is indeed surviving using just excel then you can just get a cheap CRM - google CRM and you could come up with numerous ones. Salesforce is the most popular

I have looked at all of them.....I use EZ Facility.

You can access it from anywhere with an internet connection.
