I paid him a nominal fee, talked to him a couple times and he answered all questions I had. Phil is a wealth of knowledge and you can not expect him to lay it all out for free (it's not fair to his clients). Phils advice has saved me countless wasted hours in the gym and I have basically been injury free since following his training advice.
