When doing close grip bench should I keep my elbows out or tucked in? I feel a better stretch with them out. Also were should the bar fall lower chest or higher? I'm trying add more size to my tri's.
I'll tell you how I do them. Elbows in, not directly pointed forward but almost, grip is alittle bit closer than shoulder width. The bar barely touches my upper chest. I want to hit my tris, not my chest. If I go any lower, I'm using too much chest. That's me. And I have excellent tris. Love that exercise.
